DR / BCP Internal Audit
A strategy for continual improvement
Having a DR/BCP plan is one thing and regularly updating and making it current is another thing. In order to safeguard the interests of organization's stakeholders, regulators, ascertain that DR/BCP systems are in place and are functional. Noncompliance could lead to strict actions and in some cases penalty.
Periodic internal audits and implementation of recommendations, result in continual improvement of DR/BCP which strengthens the overall Governance, Risk and compliance (GRC) capability.
This five-day internal audit on Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity planning will be conducted by ISO 22301 certified auditor. Though this service is aligned with and prepares organizations for ISO 22301, this in itself is not an official ISO 22301 audit. We will assess the organization's DR/BC planning, practices and processes vis a vis International Best Practices in this area.
